Experience in plant management, vehicle integration and production processes. He knows how a real operation works from the inside.
Xamaruq began by solving a real problem. As the operations lead, Max spotted a communication gap between the commercial and operations teams that distorted the reporting to management. Together with Julio we designed the solution: we defined the key KPIs and built visual dashboards to decide with reliable data.
It worked so well that it became a system — and a company. The proposal was aimed at a major company in the Peruvian market, and that opportunity led us to formalize as JUMATECH.
We carry the same idea as day one: solve real problems, done right. We believe AI applied well changes what a focused team can build, and we're heading toward products that work anywhere in the world.
